All members, from day one of membership, are entitled to Legal Aid for accidents occurring at work, or traveling to and from work. This service is free at the point of use.
Last year the Union recovered over £3 million for its members in compensation claims. All that is required is the completion of an Accident Claims Form and the Union Solicitor will do the rest.
