An important collaboration between a wide variety of Trade Unions, academics and other key stakeholders has produced this practical guide to bargaining for equal pay. Union reps and members will be excited to see this helpful resource but it will also be of great interest to employees and workers who suspect that there might be an equal pay issue in their workplace. This short webinar begins the launch of this resource and provides an opportunity to hear from its creators and ask questions about its practical application.
